Complimentary Phone Support for all Small Business Customers - Give us a try We’d love to hear from you, so as a courtesy to any small business or organization, the first 5 minutes of any call is not charged. Its a way for us to get to know you and you to try us out. To make the best use of your support call, its helpful to have as much information as possible available to the technician on the phone. Many problems can be solved very quickly with the right information. If an error message occurs, write down the exact message and any code shown with the message. Record what you were doing (i.e. the software program and the function within that program) when the error occurred. It is also recommended that you record the steps used by the technician to resolve the issue so you will have them for future reference. After your first five minutes if the issue isn’t resolved, you can decide if you’d like to move forward with phone or onsite support - your call.

Help Desk Technical Support - Per Incident Minute by Minute Billing The Launch Pad offers remote help for software, workstation, server and network troubleshooting on a minute-by-minute basis, so you pay only for the support you receive. The Launch Pad has no minimum fee for online support and asks for no ongoing retainer. This protects you from paying big bills for routine fixes. *If, in the rare instance a support issue can not be resolved on the telephone, a technician can be scheduled for onsite service at your convenience.
Existing Launch Pad Customers - Customer Portal and Support Options Existing Launch Pad customer may obtain help desk support online through our LiveConnect Customer Portal (login required) support and ticketing system or by phone through our call center. The Launch Pad offers unlimited phone support for equipment and systems currently under warranty.

*All new equipment purchases included a one year warranty with unlimited phone support.
For equipment not under warranty, phone support is available charged in 15 minute increments at $25.00 per quarter hour. In some cases, if your support issue is related to a new product purchase, we may refer you the manufacturer for product support. For existing small business customers with 60 employees or less, phone support plans are available starting at $149.00 per month and include remote online support using remote access tools. The Launch Pad also offer a variety of managed service and monthly maintenance contacts which can include remote system monitoring, phone and onsite support are also available.
