OnSite Service:- Local Coverage Areas and Service Offerings
For our West & Central Florida customers, The
Launch Pad provides immediate response onsite service and repair, network installation and management, new system setup, hardware and software installation and
upgrades and employee training and support for individuals, small businesses, organizations, government agencies and education institutions. Hourly rates begin at $85.00 billed in 1/2 hour increments after the first hour. Unless previously arranged, evening, (scheduled after 6pm), weekend and holiday rates are $125 per hour.
Through our national network of highly trained and certified technicians, we offer the same high-quality support services available to our local
customers. For non-local customers, not under one of our service contracts, please allow a 24 hour response time for onsite service. Rates can vary slightly by
region falling within the $85 - $110 per hour range.
Our field staff consists of highly trained technicians
including A+ certified hardware technicians, Novell and Microsoft Network engineers and Cisco engineers. We also employ a team of certified expert cable
installation technicians for building your infrastructure and wiring your network.
New Customers:
For first time customers, a complete system or network evaluation is available. We offer annual support agreements as well as on-demand service for our
clients. 24 hour, emergency response and quality of service contracts. For annual support contract pricing and information, please contact your office. For
per hourly non-contract service, please be aware that payment is due at the time services are rendered by cash, check or credit card unless net terms are previously established with The Launch pad.
National Support, Help Desk and Maintenance Agreements:
